if you are not happy with your order, sassy & chic boutique will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase date. the item(s) being returned must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged in order to receive full refund amount on the original form of payment. sassy & chic boutique does not offer free returns, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s). we are not responsible for any items lost in transit to us. shipping cost is nonrefundable. 

exchange policy

if you ordered the wrong size, we would be happy to send you the correct size as long as we have it available within 30 days of purchase date.  if your needed size is not available, we will offer you a full refund amount on your original form of payment. you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to send the item to us, but we will wave the cost to ship the correct item to you. we are not responsible for any items lost in transit to us. shipping cost is nonrefundable. 

 damaged items
if the item you purchased arrives damaged, you have 3 days from the day you received the item to notify us about the damaged item. we will gladly exchange the item for you, as long as we have the proper replacement. you can email us at sassyandchicboutique@outlook.com about the damaged item to begin the process. please put "damaged item" as the subject and attached a picture of the defective item. you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to send the item to us, but we will wave the cost to ship the correct item to you. we are not responsible for any items lost in transit to us. shipping cost is nonrefundable.

any item that is marked "final sale" is NOT able to be returned.
